I have a confession:
I hate cooking in the morning. Any other time of the day, the kitchen is my kingdom. But in the morning, it’s my torture chamber. I HATE cooking in the morning.
But I needed more protein in the morning than sugary cereal gave.
These mug muffins came along and saved my breakfast. Just mix everything up, microwave it for 2 minutes, and I have a yummy, warm muffin. In a coffee mug. Cool!
